OREM, Utah--(COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Nov. 16, 2005--Firstline, a nationwide distributor and provider of home security solutions, today announced the launch of a bold and innovative national advertising campaign with the intention of filling its 2006 season recruiting goals in record time. As part of the national recruiting effort, Firstline also announced the creation of a new national recruiting team, and the addition of several key executive team members. The announcement is important for any self-confident, outgoing individual who will be looking for a job in the summer of 2006. Firstline has over 1200 open sales positions and is taking applications as of November 10th through their newly launched recruiting website, https://www.gofirstline.com.
''Historically, we have drawn talent from universities and colleges close to our corporate office'' explains Todd Farris, VP, National Recruiting. ''By expanding beyond the Wasatch front, we expect to tap into thousands of enthusiastic, smart, and competitive students in need of great summer jobs.''
The timing of the new campaign was designed to coincide with the release of a new first year pay scale. ''We are very excited about this national campaign because with the new first year pay-scale, any first-year rep should earn over $25,000 in the three summer months. It`s easy to get pumped when the message is so exciting.''
The national recruiting campaign launch is scheduled for mid November at selected universities across the country, including: Cal Berkley, University of Virginia, Pittsburg, Ohio State, Boston College, University of North Carolina Charlotte, and University of Texas Austin, and San Diego State University. Firstline will expand to other campuses as necessary.
Explains Todd Farris, ''This campaign is all about getting the word out to our target audience, by whatever means possible. We will be running ads in the campus newspapers, sponsoring events, running online ad units, placing lots of posters and other outdoor units, and hosting a weekly get-to-gether. Our hope is that every student will know about this job offer and take some time to consider whether they have what it takes to be a Firstline rep.''
Firstline has hired a campus ambassador at each campus who is available for questions about this press release or the employment opportunity. Contact information is available at www.gofirstline.com.
