Band to be Featured On NASCAR Compilation

LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Apr 4, 2002--Orange County band (hed) pe are currently in the studio finishing up their third album for Jive Records.

Once again the band are working with producer Machine (``Broke`` by (hed) pe, Pitchshifter, Vision of Disorder).

According to lead singer Jahred, ``The new album will contain less sampling and programming. The music is going to be more organic. I`ve been easing back on the cussing but the vocals are still going to be hardcore!!``

Tracks on the still to be named forthcoming album include, ``Bury Me,`` ``Suck it Up,`` and ``Other Side.`` While the album is scheduled for release summer 2002, fans won`t have to wait that long for new (hed) pe music. The band have just finished up a version of the classic Jimi Hendrix tune ``Crosstown Traffic`` for a soon to be release NASCAR compilation.
