From Collegiate Presswire's RadioWire (https://www.cpwire.com/radio): Radio Talking to your teenager often seems impossible, but a new survey reveals that money is a subject that teens are listening to and even wanting more advice on from their parents. The results of a new survey from Consumer Action and Capitol One on financial education found that while nearly 73 percent of parents said that they�ve already talked to their teenagers about money management, 53 percent of teenagers said they want to learn more. Linda Sherry from Consumer Action:
�The �Money-Wise� survey showed that contrary to what their parents report, teenagers are �hungry� for information about money-management. With that in mind, we partnered with Capitol One to develop a free workbook called Talking to Teens About Money, it�s a hands-on tool that includes worksheets and samples designed to teach the basics of money-management, including savings accounts, checking accounts, using credit cards and making a budget.�
