From Collegiate Presswire's RadioWire (https://www.cpwire.com/radio): Radio A new study from Harvard University is the first to link high fiber whole grain foods to a significant reduction in weight gain. According to the study, women who eat more high fiber whole grain foods are 50 percent less likely to experience major weight gain over a 12-year period. Kathy Janicki is a good example. She weighs the same as she did when she was graduated from high school and she regularly eats whole grain breakfast cereal:
I enjoy eating whole grain cereal because it tastes good and when Im done, Im full. And I know its good for me and when I eat healthy, I feel good about myself.
According to the study, participants ate whole grain breakfast cereals such as Cheerios, Wheaties and Total and breads, brown rice and other grains.
