The upward swing in U.S. employment is expected to continue with four-in-ten hiring managers saying they will recruit the most workers in the third quarter, thats according to the latest survey from careerbuilder-dot-com.  Of those hiring, nearly half say theyll be creating new positions and 64 percent say theyll fill those positions within 30 days.  At the same time, the number of dissatisfied workers is increasing.  With hiring picking up, those whove stayed in unsatisfactory positions are getting ready to jump ship.  Careerbuilder-dot-com President and CEO, Matt Ferguson:

The jobless recovery is officially over.  The U.S. added more than one point four million jobs since September of last year. In fact, 47 percent of hiring managers say employment at their companies will increase from second to third quarter of this year

According to the survey, one in ten workers plan to change jobs within three months and one in five will change jobs by the end of the year.
