Amid the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, women find bliss with family and friends.  In a recent survey commissioned by Hanes Pure Bliss, 40 percent of women said that spending time with loved ones makes them feel blissful. This is especially important during the holidays when 66 percent of women also said they have the least time to relax.  Lifestyle expert Alison Deyette has more on how to find bliss:

"When you've got a 'to do' list that's a mile long, but you're still trying to find time to relax, you want to wear things that will make you feel good, especially those that are closest to your skin, like the new Hanes Pure Bliss collection of bras and panties. They're incredibly soft, made of pampering fabrics, and they just make you feel great all day."

Other simple things that women find blissful include aromatherapy candles, meditation, and that favorite indulgence, chocolate.

"Well, women told us they're best holiday stress busting secrets. Drawing a hot bath, getting lost in a good book, keeping a journal and exercising can all ease tension, help you relax and enjoy the holidays much more."
