NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Aug 11, 2005--TeleData Technology, Inc., a provider of innovative telephony solutions, announces the availability of its SIP-enabled T3 Platform.

With the release of T3 SIP (Session Initiated Protocol), TeleData Technology offers the functionality, flexibility and scalability of its T3 Platform in a software-only solution, based on IP standard technology in VoIP technology. The T3 SIP-enabled platform allows organizations to complement their previous investment in a VoIP PBX with a robust messaging and telephony application. It helps lower costs by reducing the number of required servers and hardware, and creates a more stable environment in geographically distributed organizations by providing flexible installation options including separate server on the same network as the PBX, separate server on a remote network, or same server as the PBX.

The T3 Platform, combining feature-rich messaging functionality with automated attendant, speech recognition, multi-modal (unified) messaging, interactive voice response, fax and networking capabilities, is now offered to customers as a TDM, SIP-enabled, or a joint TDM/SIP solution. By enabling TDM and SIP in the same platform, TeleData provides flexibility to customers who need to share messaging and application services across a mixed TDM and VoIP PBX environment.

Key features supported in T3 SIP include:

-- Message waiting light, including subscribe notify or unsolicited

-- DTMF with SIP info or RTP

-- Diversion notification

''There is a lot of market potential for VoIP messaging, due to market saturation of traditional messaging and voice applications,'' states Yaniv Livneh, CEO of TeleData Technology. ''We are excited to bring to market an application that transfers robustness, richness and proven ability to the VoIP world. It helps our customers leverage their investment in VoIP, while at the same time reducing their bandwidth requirements for a robust telephony application.''

About TeleData Technology

Since 1991 Teledata Technology has been designing innovative telephony solutions. The company`s goal is to provide a comprehensive messaging solution that harnesses the best technologies in the telecommunications industry, enabling organizations to communicate effectively.

A unique, Linux-based platform supports a variety of location sizes, regional requirements and technology infrastructures in both legacy telephony and VoIP/SIP environments. Uniquely set apart from other typical multi-modal messaging solutions, the T3 is a platform-independent application that shares resources and ports across all application components. Voice, fax, interactive voice response (IVR) and announcer capabilities use any available port, mitigating costs and administration complexities. The T3 platform also utilizes tenanting and networking to integrate across multiple PBXs, email servers, database applications, and voice channels (T1, analog, VoIP).
