Dell Donates Game Tickets, Computers and a $5000 Scholarship

MEDIA ADVISORY--(BUSINESS WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Dec 5, 2001--Background: To underscore Dell`s commitment to education, Dell donated a new Smartstep 100D computer to four deserving students selected by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago on behalf of the Most Valuable Player from each participating team in the tournament.

Dell also announced they will provide a $5,000 college scholarship for an at-risk student selected in the spring by the Boys & Girls Clubs. The recipient will be selected based on academic achievement, club and community service, letters of recommendation and an essay.

In addition to the prizes, Dell donated 250 tickets to the game to the Chicago-area Boys & Girls Clubs.
