Summer is the perfect season for entertaining.  According to a recent survey conducted for Gallo of Sonoma Winery, 86 percent of Americans entertain during the summer months, and more than half serve wine at their gatherings.  Sixty-five percent participate in family reunions or get-togethers.  Gina Gallo, third generation winemaker for award-winning Gallo of Sonoma:
