For the first time, Nintendo`s Metroid franchise titles will connect between two video game systems. By completing Metroid(R) Fusion for Game Boy(R) Advance AND Metroid(R) Prime for NINTENDO GAMECUBE(TM), and linking them together via the NINTENDO GAMECUBE Game Boy Advance link cable, gamers will receive something old and something new.
Bonus #1: Metroid Fusion Suits playable in Metroid Prime
Metroid Fusion features an all-new series of suits for Samus to help navigate through the various levels on planet SR388. Upon completing Metroid Prime, gamers will have the opportunity to play through Metroid Prime while wearing Samus`s suit of armor from Metroid Fusion.
1. Metroid Prime must be completed
2. Metroid Prime and Metroid Fusion must be linked
3. After completing Metroid Prime, players can switch to the Metroid Fusion Suit on the file section screen
Bonus #2: Play Original Metroid on the NINTENDO GAMECUBE
In addition, after completing Metroid Fusion, game players will unlock the ability to play the original Metroid from the Nintendo Entertainment System(R) (NES) on their NINTENDO GAMECUBE.
