HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE via COLLEGIATE PRESSWIRE)--Sep 19, 2003--3D/I has promoted Lee Burch to vice president. Burch joined 3D/I in June 2003 as the community college practice leader. He coordinates the national community college operations, marketing and sales efforts. Burch also coordinates the involvement of 3D/I`s community college advisory panel in several national and regional college-related organizations. Burch often lectures at universities, including Texas A&M; University, The University of Texas and Stephen F. Austin State University.

In celebration of its promotions, 3D/I has posted 120 employee briefs on its public Web site (www.3di.com). The list includes 7 senior vice presidents and 14 vice presidents.
