Theres nothing like grilling to make the living easy. As the holiday weekend kicks off the summer season, backyard barbecues and outdoor kitchens are opening everywhere to grill up savory foods to please everyones taste buds. More people than ever are enjoying the ease, convenience and versatility of outdoor cooking, and products like pre-marinated pork tenderloins and beef make the grilling flavorful as well as easy. Ceci Carmichael, host of "Good Food Fast" on the Food Network:

"Thats what I love about barbecuing in the summertime, you can put everything on your grill at the same time vegetables on the outside, cause its a cooler part of your grill and they cook a little faster. And the meat in the center because thats going to be your hottest part of the grill and you want to be able to sear your meat on the outside so that the juices stay in, then move it slightly off to the side to get it nice and juicy and slow cooked."
