On Wednesday, "American Idol" judge Randy Jackson announced the nominees for A-O-L Television's Best 2004 T-V Top 5 Viewer Awards.  The awards feature entertaining and unusual categories such as best farewell moment, most memorable T-V moment, most teary-eyed moment, best reality T-V moment and includes moments like Britney Spears crying on "Primetime," Donald Trump telling Bill he's hired on "The Apprentice," Rachel kissing Ross before her trip to Paris on "Friends," and more.  Here's what Randy had to say about the awards:

"This is so cool for all my dawgs out there, take a chance, man, try this thing out - I'm telling you check it out.  It's a chance for everyone to turn the tables on the typical award show kind of process - take control of the voting.  Just like we do on 'American Idol,' fans get to vote as many times as they want - so you all really need to check this out."

Vist A-O-L keyword: TV Awards to see the full list of nominated moments and vote through September 10th.  Winners will be announced September 15th.  The moments were featured on T-V's Top 5, A-O-L Television's daily recap of the best five television moments of the previous day, based on feedback from A-O-L members, overnight data from TiVo and input from A-O-L television editors.
