British Airways kicks off "Winter in July" by introducing an unprecedented three-day sale to London and over 20 other European destinations for travel this fall and winter - roundtrip prices to London start at 178-dollars from six northeastern cities with special London hotel rates starting at 39-dollars.  Drastically reduced fares are also available from cities in Florida, Texas, the Midwest, the West coast, Phoenix and Denver.  David Noyes with British Airways:
