For years, Olympic gold medal winning gymnast Mary Lou Retton suffered with symptoms of overactive bladder, causing her to run to the bathroom up to 25 times a day.  She found ways to cope, like limiting water intake, before talking to her doctor.  As part of Bladder Health Week, she�s encouraging others to take charge as part of an educational initiative called Life Beyond the Bathroom, sponsored by Pfizer.  Mary Lou Retton says she wants to motivate those who have bothersome bladder symptoms to talk to a healthcare professional:
