Nearly a thousand loads of laundry are started every second of every day in the United States according to the soap and detergent association.  That number is compounded according to one company as many items are washed several times over just to get stains out.  Oxiclean has launched a new laundry pre-treatment call Active Stain Remover.  Director of marketing Kirsten Nordstrom says it can reduce those loads of laundry:
